Tom & Nana: Market Day

Colourful knick-knacks.

Silvery stuff.

Stall owners trawl the paper.

While customers poke and prod.

The wares sit and wait.

Tom & Nana: Downtown Shopping Tokyo

It's not fashion and bags here.

It's oldies and tourists.

OAPs and leaf tea.

The grey mass hobbles on.

A vendor talks to another.

Grandma limps the same old street.

Impromptu flower stalls.

Hungry queues.

Retiree chic.

Cheapo shoes.

And begging monks.

Tom & Nana: Portobello

The aqua blue and faded pink facades welcome the procession.

Bohemian trophies line the streets.

Expresso sippers sit.

While another batch of buyers browse.

All the trinkety knick-knacks and haberdashery no-one ever buys.
